How Our Programs Work


After discussing your goals, we make a training program designed around your training goals and the equipment that you have access to that is designed to help you reach your sport or exercise goals! We design each of our programs to be 4 weeks long. This allows you to get new programs each month but also be able to progress each week in your training without changing too much too soon. All of our programs are based off of sport specific criteria and designed to help you train better!

Our Plans:

1 Training Session/Week - $39.99 every 4 weeks

2 Training Sessions/Week - $74.99 every 4 weeks

3 Training Sessions/Week - $99.99 every 4 weeks

4 Training Sessions/Week - $119.99 every 4 weeks

Team Training Programs

Dryland Programs: Get a program designed to be done with a large group of athletes with minimal equipment. These programs are best for large teams, or teams that may not have access to a weight room or strength training facility.

Strength and Conditioning Programs: Get a strength program tailored to your teams age range, sport, and goals. We also tailor our programs around your teams’ competition schedule. These programs are best for teams that have access to a strength training facility and have between 5-30 athletes who may have minimal to advanced knowledge about strength training.
